As well as CEO of Cancer Partners UK (CPUK), a private radiotherapy provider, he has managed several of the UK’s largest private hospitals over a number of years for both Bupa and BMI Healthcare and was operations director for BUPA Wellness.

Oliver Randell

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Oliver has over 17 years in the private healthcare sector. 13 years in BMI Healthcare in a variety of senior positions including 4 years hospital based.

Additionally Oliver has 4 years service at HCA Healthcare as the CFO for the “Joint Venture Division” partnering with Groups of consultants and the NHS to deliver high complex cancer pathways and diagnostics as stand alone hospitals and within the NHS facilities.

Karen Planterose

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Karen is a healthcare management professional with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. Having initially trained as a nurse, Karen has gone on to hold leadership positions in numerous healthcare organisations and has an extensive track record of fostering collaborative environments, where teams thrive and innovation flourishes. As an industry veteran, Karen Planterose has witnessed and adapted to the dynamic changes in healthcare over the years.

Karen joined Medical Imaging Partnership in 2016 as the Director of NHS Engagement. Karen is currently Operations Director across the company.

Dean Putland

Dean has a decade of experience in technology within the healthcare industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise, guiding healthcare organisations towards digital transformation, and embracing cutting-edge solutions. He has a passion for leveraging innovation to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Ian Francis

CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Ian, a founding member of Medical Imaging Partnership, brings 30 years of clinical and managerial expertise as a Consultant Radiologist. With past roles as an examiner and educational lead at the Royal College of Radiologists, he continues to hold influential leadership positions in the NHS. Ian’s visionary approach and vast experience drive innovation in the medical imaging landscape, helping shape the success of Medical Imaging Partnership.
