About us
Medical Imaging Partnership was founded in 2010 by consultant radiologists who believed the quality of a diagnostic service is determined not by the scanner, but by the people behind it. We deliver imaging for NHS patients, people with private medical insurance and those who choose to pay for themselves, through community diagnostic centres, mobile units and clinical partnerships.
Prime Health is our private and self-pay brand: the same specialist radiologists and the same centres, for people who want to book and pay for their own care.
Our founder, Dr Ian Francis, remains with the group as Strategic Clinical Advisor. The group also includes Prime Health Diagnostics Ltd, the company behind Prime Health, and 3T Leasing Limited. Apposite Capital is our majority shareholder.
